The Things That Requires 'No' Talent

10 Things That Require 'NO' Talent!

How often do we equate success with talent? All the time. But In real world, success isn’t created by talent alone. Just like we might see extremely large talent squandered, we also see underdogs unexpectedly overachieve. Here are 10 action that we can always control that require 'NO' talent yet have a big impact on our success/purpose.
1. Being on time: Punctuality is a keystone habit that requires organisation and planning ahead—both of which lead to greater success. Here’s a good primer on why being on time is important and how anyone can make it a habit/pattern in day schedule.
2. Work ethic: This is the discipline/control of showing up consistently and making the best decisions that lead towards the peak(or best) performance. best example is that Kobe is the best player in the league and he took a bus to a high school to get some work in. As Kobe said after getting drafted straight out of high school in 1996, “I don’t want them(fans) to think I’m just a high school kid coming in here thinking the world owes me something. I’m going to go out there and I’m going to work.”
3. Effort: it is a mindset as well as it is a behaviour which represents how hard you're trying. Some task is easy, it doesn't take much effort. but sometimes it's hard, it takes a lot of effort due to complexity or tricky. it is about trying to get something done, even if it doesn't always work out.
4. Body language: It is about move and express yourself around others shapes who you are and how you are conscious. Anyone can improve.
5. High Energy: Everyone has energy(in form of positiveness or aggressive behaviour) to devote to a goal, and the decision of how much to give. Be Aware about where yours goes. Use energy to right path.

6. Attitude: It’s up to you to keep going or not. No one else can decide that. A great attitude maximises the talent that you do have and offsets what you lack. you have two options : Choosing your attitude – positive or negative! Your attitude is represents the expression of yourself. You can decide to be happy, positive and optimistic, or you can choose to be pessimistic and critical, with a negative outlook on your workday. A positive attitude helps you to deal effectively under stressful situations at work.

7. Passion: The most important way each one of us can suffocate the fear that keeps us from peak performance. Passion is not be about work, it can be about a hobby, a sport, a social undertaking or about family, to name a few.

8. Being coach-able: Anyone can become a better listener, learn from negative feedback and embrace the success of others.

9. Doing Extra: Go the extra mile. The extra work and preparation are encourage the development and confidence. We can all learn from this way and exceed our own expectations or level in which the competition is not so hard, Because few ever dare to compete to that level. So, if you want to succeed, go the extra mile. Because few will ever go that Way and it will make a world of difference for you.

10. Being prepared: You can only allow yourself the time and space to be as comfortable as you can be. So, whatever it is you want to conquer – your career, relationships, fitness, or spirituality – put in thousands of hours in preparation yourself before you expect the rewards. Make it a habit, and make the most of your talent. There is truth in the saying 'Failing to prepare is preparing to fail'.
